TradingView alerts vs CoinPriceAlert

Verdict

Pick TradingView if you chart: alerts on indicators, drawings and strategies, multi-condition logic and webhooks to automate trades are far beyond what an alert app does. Pick CoinPriceAlert if you want to be told when something moves without drawing anything: 3 free alerts instead of three, Telegram delivery, quiet hours, alerts that do not expire, and RSI, MACD and EMA crossover alerts on Pro at $6.99 a month.

Which to pick

Choose TradingView if you trade from charts and want alerts on your own indicators, drawings or scripts. Choose CoinPriceAlert if you want reliable price, percentage and indicator alerts on your phone or in Telegram without a charting subscription. Both can be tried free, so the fairest test is to set the same alert on each and see which notification you actually act on.
