Delete your account & data

Option 1 — request it in the app

1. Open the CoinPriceAlert app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all data are permanently deleted automatically within 24 hours. You can cancel during that window from the same screen.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed: your profile and email, all price alerts and bulk-alert rules, manual holdings, tracked wallet addresses, notifications, and any subscription record on our side. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts beyond what is briefly required to complete the deletion.

What we keep

We retain nothing about your account after deletion, except minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g. anonymized transaction logs your app store maintains for billing). We never store private keys or seed phrases at any time.
