By using CoinPriceAlert you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

CoinPriceAlert provides crypto, US-stock and commodity price alerts and read-only portfolio tracking. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of timing or delivery.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

CoinPriceAlert Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly, with an optional free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by region. On iOS, Apple’s standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app, including missed alerts or inaccurate data.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
