By using CoinPriceAlert you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

CoinPriceAlert is an alerting tool. It shows market prices for crypto, US and Indian stocks, commodities and forex, and notifies you by push, email or Telegram when a condition you set is met.

CoinPriceAlert is not an exchange, broker, wallet, bank or investment service. It does not track portfolios or holdings, connect to your wallets or exchange accounts, hold or move money or crypto, execute trades, or manage investments on your behalf. Any decision to buy, sell or hold an asset is made by you, on a platform of your choosing.

Data and alert delivery

Prices come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Alerts are checked on our servers and delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery also depends on things outside our control, such as your device settings, battery saver, network connection, quiet hours and the push, email and Telegram services themselves. We do not guarantee that any alert will fire, or that it will arrive at a particular time or price.

Your account

You can use the app as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to disrupt or overload it, reverse engineering or reselling it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

CoinPriceAlert Pro and Pro+ are auto-renewable subscriptions offered monthly or yearly. Where offered, new subscribers can start Pro with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by region. On iOS, Apple’s standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies.

Ads on the free plan

The free plan of the mobile app is supported by a banner ad on some screens. We do not choose, endorse or vet the individual ads shown, and an ad appearing in the app is not a recommendation of that product, service or token. Pro and Pro+ remove ads entirely.

No financial advice

Nothing in the app, including prices, indicators, alerts, market analysis, articles or notes, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See our DisclaimerIndia notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app, including trading or investment losses, missed or late alerts, or inaccurate data.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
