Crypto.com price alerts vs CoinPriceAlert
Use Crypto.com’s own alerts if your crypto is already there: they are free, they cover target prices and percentage moves, and unlike most exchange alerts they can reach you by email as well as push. Use CoinPriceAlert if you want Telegram delivery, 185 US and Indian stocks plus gold, oil and forex in the same list as your coins, quiet hours, indicator and trailing-stop alerts, or alerts that do not require an exchange account and are not limited by jurisdiction.
Written by the developer of CoinPriceAlert, so read it with that in mind. Every Crypto.com fact below comes from Crypto.com's own pages on the date shown; where they do not publish something, the table says "Not published" rather than guessing. If anything has changed, email us and it will be corrected.

Where Crypto.com is better
- Free, and already in the app if you hold your crypto at Crypto.com, so you can act on the alert immediately.
- Email as well as push and in-app notifications, which most exchange alert features do not offer.
- The Exchange adds browser and desktop system notifications, and a repeat mode that notifies every minute while the condition holds.
- Notification categories can be switched on and off individually per channel.

- Telegram delivery, which Crypto.com does not list.
- 185 US and Indian stocks, gold, silver, platinum, oil, natural gas and 14 forex pairs beside crypto; its alerts are crypto only.
- No exchange account and no KYC, and no jurisdiction notice: CoinPriceAlert only reads public prices, so it cannot hold or move funds.
- Quiet hours in your own time zone and a per-alert cooldown from 5 minutes to a day, instead of a repeat that fires every minute.
- Trailing stops, volume spikes, RSI, market cap and MACD/EMA crossovers on Pro at $6.99 a month or $48.99 a year.
Which to pick
Choose Crypto.com if you already buy and hold on Crypto.com and want free target-price or percentage alerts in the same app. Choose CoinPriceAlert if you want Telegram alerts, markets beyond crypto, quiet hours, and no exchange account. Both can be tried free, so the fairest test is to set the same alert on each and see which notification you actually act on.
