Alerts run on our servers even when the app is closed. Check that notifications are enabled (Settings → Push notifications), you're not inside Quiet Hours, and the alert is still active. One-shot alerts fire once and then turn off; enable "repeat" if you want it to keep firing.
Yes — it's strictly read-only. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase and the app can never move your funds. You only paste a public address, and only balances are read.
Open the app → Settings → Connect Telegram, and follow the link to @CoinPriceAlertAppBot. Once linked, your alerts and daily report are delivered there too.
In the app: Settings → account → Delete account (a 24-hour grace period applies). You can also request deletion at coinpricealert.io/legal/delete-account.
