It is built and run by Gurjeet Singh, an independent developer, who also answers support email, on iOS, Android and a web app, launched in 2026. Revenue is subscription plus advertising on the free tier: Pro at $6.99 a month or $48.99 a year, Pro+ at $14.99 and $104.99, with 3 alerts free. There is no outside funding and no deck.

My alert did not fire — why?
Alerts are evaluated on our servers every 5 seconds, so the app being closed is never the cause. It is almost always one link further down: notification permission, quiet hours, or a one-shot alert that already fired and switched itself off. The app checks that whole chain and names the broken link — open it and look at the alert's status first.
Is wallet tracking safe?
Yes, and it is read-only by construction. The app never asks for a private key, a seed phrase or an exchange API key, and holds no keys of any kind, so it cannot trade or move funds. You paste a public address and only balances are read.
How do I connect Telegram?
In the app: Settings → Connect Telegram, then follow the link to @CoinPriceAlertAppBot. Once linked, alerts and the daily report are delivered there as well as by push.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, with a 24-hour grace period. You can also request it at coinpricealert.io/legal/delete-account. Deleting the account removes the alerts with it.
